1. Pick up the phone from water as quickly as possible

2. Don't switch on your phone

3. Dry it up

5.Draw out the moisture

So we've got to get this moisture away from the mobile phone. The best way we can do it is to "Draw out the moisture with rice and silica". It seems funny but it works, Rice  and silica are good absorbent of water.

Place mobile phone in a sack of rice for the next 72 hours. Make sure you change the direction of the mobile every few hours so that the rice gets spread all over and makes the moisture dissipated out of the mobile.

Remember, trying to revive your phone will take some time. So be patient and don't give up that fast. You will see it work after 72 hours.
