Hyperloop Transportation Technique-The Fastest Ever Transportation System.

Hello Internet, here comes the fastest ever transportation in the upcoming years, "Hyper-loop". It's gonna be the fastest ever transportation system after the four basic means of transportation. Its so likely to be said as fifth mode of transportation which will allow the world to transport people and goods inexpensively, safely and at speeds never thought possible.



INTRODUCTION

                                                                           

The Hyper-loop transportation system is an entirely new mode of transportation that eliminates all travel complications and objections due to cost travel time and weather conditions.
                                 Here are some features of Hyper-loop transportation system

• The Speed of sound : Travel around with this transportation system at the rate of 760 MPH which is impeccably the speed of sound. This makes the system faster than any other existing conventional methods of transportation.
• Self sufficient : It saves huge amount of power in making use of Natural resources like Solar energy and there by making the system completely self sufficient, they make this happen by implanting solar panels along the tracks which produces energy that is actually required to run the system, hence cost efficient as well.
• High External resistance : It's constructional features made the system inevitable to changes in environment that cause flaws in transportation. The transportation system uses a capsule kind of design which is climate controlled as it travels inside of a reinforced 'tube' pathway, rendering Hyper-loop weather independent and other external pressures by use of pylons
• Lower constructional costs : The constructional costs are much lower than any existing, and yet proposed railway projects. Use of pylons reduces land acquisition costs as well.
• Economical fares : Even though it goes under such complexions in running these systems, The fares to be paid to travel via these systems are affordable. This makes another highlight of this technology in making Social and Economical developments around the world. 

HISTORY

• Hyper-loop transportation system was proposed by Elon Musk  CEO of TESLA MOTORS and SPACEX  and Co-founder of Pay-Pal in July 2012 at PandoDaily event in Santa Monica, California. A huge level alpha design for the system was published on August 12, 2013, posted to Tesla and SpaceX blogs.
• Its an high speed train transporting at a speed of 800 mph which is twice the speed of a commercial plane. Elon Musk didn't even patented the design quoting 'see if people find ways to improve it'. It will be an opensource design and anyone can access it.
• Due to high traffic US government proposed a high speed train project between San Francisco to Los Angeles called "California high speed rail" with $ 68.4 Billion USD.
• The average speed is 164 mph and takes approximately 3 hours, whereas Estimated cost of Hyper-loop is $7.8 Billion USD and takes 35 minutes to cover same distance.

• In past Robert Goddard proposed using vacuum as medium of transport there by attain speed without high friction losses but there is possibility of leak and when there is a leak it will damage the whole system.
• Elon Musk thought of overcoming this by using a low pressure rather than a vacuum and using Electromagnetic concepts. but there comes another trouble when low pressure system is being used we should consider minimum tube to pod area ratio then we need to increase diameter for that which will become system expensive, he again simulating the solution by implanting an electric compressor fan mounted on the nose of the pod which actively avoids the pressure issues.

Working Principle
       These Hyperloop systems uses magnetic technologies as well as use solar energy in running the system and a few accelerators to travel through the below picture says it all on the working of these transportation systems

Components of Hyper-loop
       There are three main components involved in Hyper-loop transmission system and they are 
                         1. Capsule  
                         2. Tube 
                         3. Propulsion

• Capsule: This is the main concept where in the passengers travel through. They travel in a unique aerodynamic shaped Capsule which is well prepared for all the external pressures and leakages. here's how it looks

• Tube: Its reinforced hollow tube where in the capsule travels through and its rendered from environmental changes. Its made of Steel. Two tubes will be welded together in a side by side configuration to allow the capsules to travel both directions.
• Pylons are placed every 100 ft (30 m) to support the tube. Solar rays will cover the top of the tubes in order to provide power to the system.
• Propulsion: Linear accelerators are constructed along the length of the tube at various locations to accelerate the capsule. Stators are located on the capsule to transfer momentum to the capsules via Linear accelerators.
• Capsules are accelerated by Linear magnetic induction and decelerated by regenerative braking similar to magnetic levitation trains.

Traffic on freeways is getting more and more congested, while gasoline cost continues to skyrocket! Housing problems are plaguing nearly every major city. Air travel has only a slight advantage over driving, when travelling by car between the cities that are of about 6 hours distance.
                                                           However Airways does consume lot of time due course of its authentication process, takeoff and landing which leads to kill time again but Hyper-loop, the so called "fifth mode of transportation will allow world to transport people and goods inexpensively, safely and at unimaginable speeds which are much more faster than existing services.

High energy efficient coupled with electric propulsion yield an energy elegant, carbon free mode of transportation and to enable on demand transport, these systems are on top of the table providing each capsule services for every 10 seconds which is mind blowing and absolutely amazing provision in the context of present generation. They are much more smaller than planes and trains which makes compaction as well as speed of transportation more efficient.

As you can see the above picture, its amazing to have a transportation system that moves anything, goes anywhere. i.e., Its the fastest, cleanest and safest way to connect the world as they move above grade, through tunnels and underwater as well.

                                                                       On May 11th 2016 Hyper-loop One invited the tech press to a desert just outside Las Vegas where it gave a working demo of an early prototype. The journey only lasted a mere five seconds, but in that time the test vehicle tore down the tracks, going from naught to one hundred miles and hour and producing 2.5G of thrust.
 
                                                                  The prototype was just a glimpse to provide the proofs that these can not just be theoretical but also works in real time. This exterior model is little more than a proof of concept at the moment, but Hyper-loop One predict that it will have a system that will carry humans by 2021.
