1. If you are connecting via an USB Cable then type wconnect.exe usb and hit ENTER.
2. If you are trying to connect via Wi-Fi network then type wconnect.exe 192.168.xxx.xxx(Replace xxx.xxx with your local network IP address ).

If you are done with that enter the paring code

• Now go to extracted ADB folder and open elevated command prompt
• Now type ADB device to check whether your device is connected or not.
• And finally paste your APK File that you want to install on the same folder in ADB Folder and then type adb install_APK_FILE_NAME_HERE.apk

After going through all the above steps wait for couple of minutes and you can see Android application running on your windows 10 mobile
