At the top of the list,The worst phone in terms of SAR is Motorola Droid Maxx. Incidentally it is one of the costliest and high rated ones.Mr.Bell also mentioned that CNET viewers rated that phone for 4.5/5 and mentioned as an "outstanding" phone.

Numbers one and two are the costliest phones,while the remaining three in the list are relatively cheaper.
